Smart Transfer Help
Stage 1: Trip Details
- In service details, select from the dropdown menu the port/airport you need.
- Be careful when selecting pick up or drop off service.
- Airline name and Flight Number are very useful for us to track your flight and time.
- When booking a Dropoff Smart Transfer, take into account that you must be in the airport at
least two hours before your flight.
- Once the information is complete, click on the “check pricing” button.
Stage 2: Choose Vehicle
- Here, you can choose between the available vehicle types for your request.
Stage 3: Confirm
- You can confirm here all the information you have submitted so far.
- You have an option to activate-deactivate our free of charge Meet&Greet pickup service with
your driver.
- You can activate/deactivate the option to book your return trip by clicking the Book Return Trip
button.
- Complete your personal information. Make sure is correct:
- You will need to create a username. You will receive further instructions by mail along with
your reservation confirmation.
- You can use your username to login in our form for future trips or login in the Book Rides
Passenger Mobile App to keep track of your reservations or create new ones.
- Note: Kids under 7 years old should use a car seat or a booster car seat.
- Note: We can provide a better service as most accurate information we get from your trip.
